About the role In this role, you'll advise and represent employer clients on matters including: post-employment restraints unfair or unlawful dismissal enterprise bargaining industrial disputes workplace law compliance organisational change strategy and management sexual harassment and bullying workplace health and safety complex workplace investigations You'll also help strengthen and grow client relationships and take part in broader practice development activities. What you'll bring You'll have 3 years' post-admission experience and a solid background in employment or workplace relations law. You'll be technically sound, commercially aware and confident working directly with clients.
